Since I did that so-called update, everything has went to SHSP

I tried to log in and couldn’t remember my password, so I selected “forgot password?” to change it. It either freezes there or says “cannot connect to server.” Help!

The app logged me out of my artist account and when i try to log back in but it doesnt work

App has never even worked for me. Unusable.

Everytime I try to login to do anything it goes black (as if it was loading) then returns me to the sign in screen again. Impossible to sign in and impossible to make edits to things like my pfp, stats, etc.

I thought this was an app where you could start your own artist career and upload music files that you have on your device but even though I’m signed into my Apple account, I can’t upload songs I don’t know how this works.

Even with faceID it makes me log in every time. How hard is it for a $3T company to update an app to dark mode. It’s like one person’s job for one week and you can’t do it.

Yes, I am waiting on the approval from the team to enter into my page “TrÂPhone” is their a hacker or something?

I’ve used the app several times over the past few years. All of a sudden it logged me out. It’s been many months now, and I haven’t been able to login through the app. All it has is an option for me to put my email and it’s greyed out. Can’t click anything or anywhere to go past the screen. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times to no avail. Might be a bug, but I hope it gets fixed soon.

For the past Few weeks the app has not let me sign in to check my artist status.
