Worst app ever use

Very very very slow application Taking too much time too load!!

Hangs a lot. Have to reinstall it every day. You guys must work on making this app smooth than to just ad useless features. * app hangs every hour *route is the worst. What is the use routing if my 6th and 74th package is on the same street. Circuit is much better routing algorithm. *takes too much time to even open next day Looks like this app has been created by bunch of 3rd year students as minor project for their bachelors. And if i was the professor i would graded this app as an C- (minus) Also ad volume key photo capture as it was easier to capture photos. Please learn KAIZEN or hire someone who knows what kaizen is. Go to CHATGPT and get better algorithms because the way this app works I don’t think the team knows what they are doing. And hire some quality developers rather than depending on only 1 senior and interns.

How i will sign up

I’m a customer and not a driver, I try to give them all the lowest rate in any app about Apple Express. They deliver without any phone call and note card. They send email that says “delivered” but I didn’t receive anything. This is horrible and ridiculous.

The app for ios should support Apple Maps. The only option is of Google maps. Providing option to use Apple Maps will be of much use…

I have an iPhone 11. This app will not run on my phone. I have worked with Apple to get it working. Fully backed up and reset my phone and then restored it as we thought maybe the phone’s core software was corrupt. The app will not open. And yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it about 5 times to no avail. Kind of difficult to be an Apple courier when the app needed to do my job will not work.
