Terrible customer service and support
I used this app with basic functioning for a couple of years before stopping for various reasons…I’ve just realised I’ve not cancelled subscription which of course is my fault. I contacted customer service to see if I get the diary working again and maybe to upgrade to add a colleague…in short, I used the online chat service, asked clearly 10 times to get a call to speak with someone…and every message I sent was replied to with a robot-like nonsense that did not acknowledge my basic request nor the info I’d already given. Hence why I have now cancelled and will look elsewhere. Get your act together appointedd
