Having tried repeatedly to add my tickets and/or my credit card, have been told by staff that the App has had multiple issues. Can’t now book the second ‘free’ day and having to pay again, which makes me feel this is a ripoff. Note other App reviewers are having the same issue, which the owner states that an updated version needs to be uploaded. Trust me, this does not work!. This is a worthless App and isn’t supported.
Won’t let you register or log in, just says email invalid
Don’t mind wasting your time with the app, just take cash or credit card inside, it’s really a waste of time, I downloaded 3 separate times and made 2 accounts, it’s just broken and that since 1,5 years. It doesn’t help when I send an email to the developer like on the other reviews, I need the app working when I’m in the park, not weeks later
App not working. OTP can’t be send and worthless. Really don’t understand how the management don’t care about this. Now since months!! EDIT: I’m resident +971 number!
