Too slow

I have 38 unread messages but when I tap on it the screen goes blank

Not intuitive at all. Time consuming and pointless. Would like to give no stars. Have to have 8 different “accounts” in order to pay for standard things for two children.

The App is poor enough as it is, BUT spelling mistakes! It’s an EDu App, get the basics right!

Notifications don't pop up so a bit useless when you have to open app the check if there are new messages.

Believe all the negative reviews. This app is a joke. Developers should hang their heads in shame. Cheap, amateur, shoddy, old-fashioned rubbish. Just pathetic that Arbor management endorsed this utter rubbish.

The app’s interface is not very user friendly. For example I have to scroll through endless amounts of homework assignments dating back to the beginning of the year until I can find the homework that is currently due for my children. Also, I have had problems with booking my child’s parents evening appointments as it is not showing any available time slots for any of the subjects and all of my other child’s parents evening appointments from the last 2 years are appearing in the list to confuse the process even more, even though I am on my other child’s account. Very frustrating as the school have said it’s the only way I can book and I now can’t see my child’s teachers at parents evening and will instead have to receive an email update even though they apparently have available slots. Lots of other parents have been experiencing the same problem.

My kids’ school just switched to this awful app, that is not user friendly at all, not intuitive with so many extra useless steps to get even one thing done… I’m gonna talk to the headteacher as soon as possible because if they would have asked their primary school pupils kids to develop an app they would have done a better job! -10 stars for me

This has a terrible user interface. With all these bad reviews I would have expected some improvements. Start listening to parents forced to use this app.

So far no issues, much better than the old app the school was using.
