Arcis Golf

This app could be great if a little bit of work was put into it. Not sure why no one is running it. Especially after they just bought the Mickelson properties. Please fix it

The whole Arcis technology experience from the website to the app is awful. The app is pretty useless. Can’t login to it.

Not a good experience. Booked for 2 but confirmation came back for 1. When I tried to add another golfer I could not. No way to cancel online. Called the golf course 24 hours in advance of my tee time to cancel. Golf shop confirmed I was cancelled but I was still charged for the round. I will never use this app again to book a tee time!

App freezes when trying to login or create new account.

Much worse than the previous Twin Creeks App. Price is different between the two apps. Doesn’t always offer senior rates. 24 hour cancellation and prepaid credit card required. Can’t be used on prime days without an Arcis membership. If you can’t count on it, why use it? It’s better to call or use Golfnow.

Easiest way to make tee times. Lots of good courses.

Does not work. Once on phone you have to log in and it says must update. When you update it simply spins and never updates. You stay in a loop.
