Ares Alpha brings realtime position of your teammates, a hierarchical chain of command, mission updates from the game organizer, as well as transmission of information to the team leaders on the battlefield.

* View status of your teammates (dead/alive/medic needed/support)
* Easier navigation on the battlefield, depending on the position of your teammates (reduces the risk of friendly fire)

* You can create customized maps of the battlefield on app website for each game/event (ares-alpha.com)
* Supports large events with hundreds, or even thousands of players
* You can create a detailed chain of command, from generals to soldiers.

Recommendations:
* We recommend the use of an external power bank four your phone. Depending of your phone model there's a chance Ares Alpha will automatically be closed after a longer standby time. Using a power bank, you will avoid this type of situation, ensuring yourself basically unlimited use of Ares during the game.
* To avoid accidents during the game we recommend the use of a protective cover for your phone.
* We recommend the use of a Bluetooth smart band for receiving app notifications. The app was successfully tested on a Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 3, but any other type that allows app notifications should work.
Ares Alpha it's heavy optimized to work on areas with poor levels of phone signal. But, in the rare cases where you don't have any mobile data access, Ares Alpha won't work.
Warning: Ares Alpha is designed for airsoft and paintball activities. Do not use it in any other situations like touristic orientation.

Is this still good?
Love this so much, just wish that there was a way to invite people nearby you, since I live in a small area with not that many young adults or teenagers, and my brother and I wish we had someone else that has the app near us, and if there was, we wouldn’t even be able to tell. If you add something like that into this, it would make arranging and hosting events and battle much easier.

I love this me and my friends use it all the time. It works really well and I have never had it crash on me. I love this app but I do wish it would work on my series 3 Apple Watch. Other than that it’s great

Milsim players have been asking for This for ever! Iv noticed for me at least under account there’s like 5 switches to turn options on or off but the text is missing so I have no idea what the options are please Fix other wise need to advertise this app!!

Not only if they have issues they work on them and very responsive! App doesn’t crash and the QR code’s work amazing! Highly recommend!

Turk here from Rootiment Arms - I used this app @ a Battlefront Airsoft event hosted by PA-TAC and Scott Sheriffs 08/2020 and the entire squad was hooked in live, with up to date tracking as we played...very cool! Pros: -You can allocate squad roles and leadership Positions. - Real time tracking info that’s HIGHLY accurate. - QR code mission became really fun Cons: (Not many) -It would be cool if the Squad leadership positions were color coded or gave you option to color code prior to game kickoff. I had a difficulty seeing and telling my squad mates apart (not much difficulty and after you zoom in it becomes clearer) but this could be done a tad bit better with color coding. -
