I wouldn’t normally feel so compelled to write a review, but having struggled with this so many times I have decided to use a different taxi service it’s that clumsy!

The worst app and taxi company ever. Take your booking, take your money, never send a taxi!! They only have one thing to do!!! This isn't a one off, its every time i use them!!

Such a lovely driver

If you’re wanting to pay by app then they pre charge you roughly 3 quid more than your fare. It does tell you this before booking but says you’ll only be charged the fare amount. My fare amount today was £5.75… £8.86 came out of my bank.. Won’t be using again…Staff ALWAYS Unhelpful! Always rude! Use Uber for cheaper and all round better lift home.

Smashing company the app is amazing

I haven’t got time for your absolute joke of a company because YOU failed to collect payment. No problems with other taxi companies though and don’t get stupid errors in the app.

Ur app is so so bad a 3 year old child could develop a better system

This wasn’t bad for a first attempt but a few years on and there’ve been no improvements . It’s not possible to change the type of vehicle beyond a basic car, so nothing for more than 4 passengers, bringing a dog or wheelchair etc. Plus the challenge of setting a pick up point other then where you happen to be when making the booking is unreasonable.

Driver arrived in the wrong street I called up to tell him on maps he wasn’t in the right place and told him were my road was. He then got arsy moaning like it was my fault he went to the wrong rd. my address was right he just went somewhere else. After moaning his head off for a few mins got completely blanked. Update ur sat nav or at least look at the street sign where u park it’s not hard.
