Comp compare to Lime Ario is an immoral money grab for cash that insists upon its users going top speed to decrease their use time. Ario is fundamentally bust and I will not be using again..
Actually i like the bike feature, but why in no park zone was making it so hard to pedal, this bike gonna make you suffer if you live in suburb
Tried it and loved it. Smoother ride, more stable, better experience.
If you have the option go with a lime bike or an uber, I arrived at my place and had to ride 5min back to park. Ridiculous. Paid the same I would’ve paid on an uber
Ride e-bikes 3-4 times daily. Prefer Ario. Pass packages are good, bikes and helmets are excellent. Love how fast and manoeuvrable they are. Wish for group rides but I’m sure they’re coming.
Terrible experience with Ario. I registered to ride the bike from work to home. Halfway through my ride, after covering about 1 km, the bike stopped by itself. I couldn’t move it; it was too heavy. I couldn’t end the ride either because the bike notified me that I was out of the designated zone. I tried several ways to resolve the issue, but I didn’t understand what had happened. Before renting your bike, your instructions didn’t warn me about the zones I could or couldn’t travel through. This shows that your company failed to properly inform customers, which is a violation of consumer rights. Secondly, it’s not safe to have the bike stop abruptly while I’m on the road. It felt like the bike was broken. I was unsure how to end the ride. I tried moving the bike backwards, hoping it would bring me back into the designated zone so I could end the ride and stop being charged by the minute. I moved back for 5 minutes, but it didn’t stop. So, I called the helpline. The agent helped me end the ride. I then requested a refund for the 10 minutes I couldn’t use the bike, but my request was denied because there was no evidence. This is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to pay for something I didn’t use. The issue was caused by your company, not me. If the bike stopped by itself, I couldn’t even press the "End Ride" button, and yet I was charged for the time I spent struggling to resolve the issue and calling for help. Please act professionally and ensure you fully understand the laws in Australia before operating a business here.
Taking a taxi would be cheaper than this
In app maps don’t show no parking zones or out of service areas. Customer service is unhelpful. Don’t recommend - stick with alternative hire bikes.
