EXPENSIVE
Most expensive business banking I have EVER come across. They charge fees for EVERYTHING. Literally unless you’re running a HUGE business bringing in a LOT of money, this bank isn’t for you. This bank absolutely does NOT support small businesses. I can tell you that. The website is also SO overly complicated and fancy without just getting to the points and the basics of the bank and its services. Just horrible. I remember when Arival first opened and it was amazing. As it’s gotten bigger, it’s just become just an expensive blackhole of fees. At this point you can literally go to ANY OTHER BANK, and there’s quite literally a MILLION other options to chose from, that don’t charge you even a FRACTION of Arival’s ridiculous fees. In fact, a majority of those banks offer what Arival does AND MORE for FREE. Isn’t that crazy? I legitimately don’t understand what Arival is charging all these outrageous fees for when every other bank in the USA can offer these same services and more for free. I am so confused by this. It just doesn’t make sense. Seems like just a way to steal money from business owners.
