Can’t login because it doesn’t recognize my password (which is correct). Tried to reset, says no account exists with my email address. Tried to create a new account, says I can’t because an account already exists with my email. Suckie app. Get your act together.

App update, not compatible with ios 15. If you have older iphone that does not not have ios 16 the app does not function

Like the app but when opening a schedule for a specific team it defaults to a previous year rather than the current year. If you don’t notice the header you could be viewing meet info for a previous year.

Long time basketball season ticket holder and I have persistent problem trying to login in and access tickets on the app but not when using a browser. Needs a lot of work

It’s great when it works. Last season, no problem. Now it won’t accept my password unless I log on using the old platform (evenue) so I logged out, made a new account with a new password - which worked fine until I tried to make a purchase, now neither password works. Apparently y’all don’t want my money.

App won’t even open. Keeps crashing. Why do you keep messing with good things…

Works great with my ticket account. Quick and easy access. No longer need to login every time!

This app keeps giving the wrong score on its notifications. Not only is the score wrong but it will say Arizona won when they actually lost and vice versa.

Tried to log in and the app was not working properly. It kept getting stuck when I tried pushing the login button on the bottom right after entering my ID and Password.
