Bra app för att visa biljetten men inget mer. Klarar inte av att lägga till tidtabell eller reseplanerare i appen. In väldigt liten knapp i hörnet länkar till hemsidan för reseplaneraren. Snart 2025 och en reseapo där man inte ens kan se tidtabellen överskådligt i appen?
When I want to submit my email, the keyboard field completely blocked the entry field. Can’t scroll up or down. Making me impossible to correctly type my email address.

Har skapat en app dom du måste ha konto för? Så oförsvarbart dumt. Hur ska jag nu kolla turtätheten? Mongon!!! Har full förståelse OM det är legala krav för att KÖPA biljett. Spånhuvuden. Vattenskallar. Dummaste som någon hittills kommit på. Inte direkt Nobelpris om vi säger så. Typ. Idiotiskt. Har tidigare sågat tidigare app då ”den inte direkt är användarvänlig” MEN det här är så dåligt att stenarna gråter!

A couple years ago it was amazing. Super smooth and a delight to use. Then it got rebuilt, by a different team, I suppose??! Why destroy something beautiful?
The app doesn’t work. Wants you to create a new account every time you open the app. When you do a purchase the ticket doesn’t show in the app.
Why do I need to create an account? Why are there now so many extra steps? It took me 10 minutes just to buy the ticket through the app but somehow I ended up in a web browser that looked like it was frozen when it was processing the payment. It logs you out after each use so I keep having to create new accounts every time I use it because I was sleep and oxygen-deprived from being on a plane last time I set this up and didn’t think to save my password somewhere. I have no idea how actual tourists would complete this process without having a complete meltdown.
The old app was poor but OK, the new one is a disaster. When making a payment and using BankID it freezes and does not return to the app. The migration from the old app was discraceful, requiring to create new account, thereby loosing travel history and receipts.
