It works
I don’t consider myself particularly susceptible to hypnosis. But I gave this a shot, combined with making the pros vs cons of smoking super clear (a simple 2 minute exercise, consisting of writing in two columns on a piece of paper). It’s been over a month, and I don’t have the slightest wish to smoke nor really any cravings no more. Even if you just subscribe for one month and succeed, the financial cost of smoking makes it a no brainer in comparison. Treat yourself as someone you actually like and just do it. You’ll be happy that you did, and so will those around you.
