Arriva UK Bus

After you pay for the ticket you’ve chosen, you get the wrong one! That’s a shame, money wasted, and no refund option in the app.

Many times i check this app the times fir the bus completely make false times which make me wait for a bus that never exist or it says it has delayed but it arrives on time, the bus app also is hard to use

This is supposedly a “reliable” app that can tell me when my bus is coming. However, on many occasions, the app has said my bus has been cancelled but when I walk to the bus stop, the bus is on time to arrive like it was originally??! Also, my bus is delayed quite often which is fine, but on the app when it passes the time the bus was originally supposed to arrive, it disappears off the list. It’s really annoying because then I can’t see how long it’s been delayed for. Not a very reliable or good app.

Saying every bus is cancelled? Even though they apparently aren’t. Who knows if one will turn up, guess it’s a lottery.

I have tried and tried purchasing a North West ticket but since upgrading to iPhone 14 it won’t let me, I do have the funds and have approved in Bank app but it still doesn’t work. Used to be fantastic but now it’s rubbish.

The app is totally useless. How can you even offer to your customers if it the basic functions don’t work? Embarrassing

Been buggy and unreliable as long as I remember. The latest issue is a survey pop up that comes up every 5 seconds for some reason. Popped up when I tried scanning my weekly ticket QR code on the bus and my Apple Pay card was charged instead for a single for some reason, costing me. Absolute crap.

My god what have you done this is pointless

The times are inaccurate, bus tracking is wrong, and buses come and some buses it “tracks” must be invisible as they somehow pass my stop without existing.

Arriva bus service is Horrible and bus schedules are completely nightmare.
