ArtStation App

Menu and go back button are over each other and everytime you try to click menu it goes back to login screen. Literally unuseable app and has been with this bug over half year without fix. Im being forced to use browser for all artstation needs. Using iPhone 13 with latest updates.

When trying to use the signup verification link from mail, it doesnt go back to the app - instead it opens a browser to artstation.com and the process doesnt continue. I cant verify my account because of this on app.

I installed this app since the webpage and mobile browser don’t really fit together. App works like a charm with nice new touches!

There’s a button for it but it simply does nothing. There’s also no option to give AS access to photos, so I assume that has something to do with it.

Feel like I’ve been looking for this kind of community for a long time. I’m glad it’s on a subscription model so I don’t see a lot of garbage ads like Instagram.

ArtStation is a really good app for viewing and sharing art, but there are a lot of flaws and glitches. I was viewing an animated Marmoset model on the ArtStation website but there was no option to let me fullscreen the model. So I downloaded the app thinking I could use fullscreen there. You can fullscreen - but for some reason they don’t have the option to pause the animation. It’s a nonsense decision. Also the app is slow and will crash/freeze occasionally. I constantly have to reboot the app.

Every. Single. Time. I upload a new piece I get an email within 2 min of some crappy persons generic email about living the concept my page embodies and they’d like to “buy a piece”. Never specific which is how you KNOW it’s spam. Please get your site under control. Uploading images is cumbersome, the Ui is outdated and slow and not intuitive.

My email login and password is correct but the screen just accepts my login the goes to a grey screen and doesn’t load the front page. I have to quit the app and on reload it pulls up the login screen again. So I’m caught in a loop.

Really disappointed with this app. I can not upload anything, I have had it less hen 12 hours, it keeps crashing any time I try to upload. This has been the most frustrating app to use, I just want to upload my work so I have a portfolio but at this point I am over it and going back to what I used before.
