Before version 1.11.0 I could turn off the notifications in app settings but leave the reminders for bible in a year toggled on. After 1.11.0 update every time I change the general notifications settings, go back to the app’s main screen and then back to the settings the option is turned on. (1.11.1 didn’t contain fix for that) Except this very annoying inconvenience I really enjoy using “bible in a year” with transcriptions!

I love this App. So much great content! One feature request is to allow the Bible verse image maker to make wallpapers that fit smartphones instead of or in addition to the square image it produces now. Thanks.

This app has everything! The Bible, daily readings, catechism, the videos and studies, lectio Divina, the podcasts, and they keep adding more tools and functions! The BIY podcast includes the companion books too, and there are tons of related notes included for each day. My favorite Catholic app by far!

I love this app. It’s a great way to learn more about our Catholic culture. I also love how Father Mike teaches me how to love God.

I had never just sit down every day and read my Bible and I did this two years ago with him. It was awesome. I completed it.

Fr Mike has a gift for communicating and is just as wonderful in person as he is in this podcast. Warm, humble, funny and able to bring the message of the Bible and the ccc to life. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading and listening to all the things that have been shared or written by Fr. Mike and the beautiful stories of faith and love of our Lord Jesus, during this beautiful season that celebrates the Lords birthday. I am a miracle of the Lord which in Sept. 2025 will mark the 20 th year of God healing me.

It is great to pull up sacred scripture or the catechism, to follow along with a podcast playing in the same app

This is the one stop, all inclusive place to study and understand the Bible. I like the handheld leather-like Bible better than anything online or on your phone but there is nothing better than this on your phone. Ease of comprehension, getting the true view of what God wants you to know about him and how he wants us to love him this is amazing.

I love this app so much. Thank you for making this app as it has helped me grow in my faith. May God keep you all in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen 🙏🏼
