Click & Go
Despite picking a time slot and clicking I am on my way on the app, I was at the store for over an hour and a half before my groceries were brought out. It appears as though there are too many assigned pick ups in an hour. When I left at 3:50pm on Sunday, there were at least 15 cars still in a queue to pick up their orders, the lady parked beside me had pulled up into the bay before me and her order had not been brought out yet. Another gentleman who was parked on the other side of me had requested a delivery the day before that was not delivered, had called the store to ask if he could pick it up instead and was told no. Cancelled that order and placed another order for click and go, when his groceries came out both orders were brought out to him, chaos.
