Great, simple & insightful
I’ve tried quite a few journaling / diary apps as per recommendation by my doctor. They were great for a few days, but none really stuck. It was hard to make journaling a habit, was even harder when I wasn’t feeling the best. Came across this app & glad I did. It’s so simple & quick, only a couple taps & I’m done. Even on the worst days can commit to a couple taps. Found some patterns I’ve missed even after years of on & off journaling. Five stars, wish I could give it six.
