Aspire Business Account & Card

This happens before when we first started the account but we thought it’s because we just registered so it take awhile for the bank to kinda sync properly. After using it for fee months, you’ll realised that receiving of funds is always delayed. Sometimes 1-2hrs.. This time more than a day.. If you’re in a rush, I suggest to reconsider using this bank.

Unable to upload qrcode to make payment. Unable to transfer payment some times = unreliable.

Aspire App says that my phone is jailbroken but i have never jailbreak my phone before!! Now they dont allow me to use the app which is horrible!

Can’t type somehow. Can only copy and paste words, numbers fr other platforms

Staright forward app for small businesses

Card detail got hacked and they are unable to revert the transactions. Mentioned to them not to freeze the card while I settle some outstanding bills first, they still went ahead to freeze it. Chat with them and no response.

Started charging fees, just charged me retrospectively for half a years worth, without prior notification. Dishonest business, bring your banking somewhere else

Their PayNow service is the worst. It’s constantly buggy and now doesn’t even work. Payments just bounce back to the customer immediate. Absolutely embarrassing and unprofessional for businesses.

Recent months, you have to pray when you intend to receive incoming or send outgoing funds, especially after office hours.

Refreshing to see such a simple and beautiful app made for businesses in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Great work
