It’s not first time to get notification about invalid receipt, padahal itu dihari yang sama sudah terbaca value dan tenant apa. So I think I need to get the feedback to developer to make a proper apps and smarter. I Know its just poin Collection but I need to let you Know that your apps Totally isnt working well and you need to review it! I was amazed wow this apps is more advance compare to other Mall. But sorry it’s not.

asri living promised a new member promo that if we downloaded the app and spend min 100 we get 100% cashback up to 100k spend 500 and declined when i come to redeem the voucher on the booth, claiming that it will be given as points that can be redeem later on. but the points i have been given is only 10 which cant even be used to redeem anything on the app

Gak perlu buat promo double poin dengan upload by aplikasi kalau aplikasinya sendiri gatot buat lakukan hal simple begini saja. Semenjak di update beberapa bulan lalu, semakin sulit untuk digunakan. Sorry, tapi jauh Lebih bagus app versi lama 🥲

This app literally not a membership card. The company build this without interest to reward customers spending. Promising double rewards for transaction that are uploaded by app. But the app is keep telling you bad file error. It is been like that for ages and it is still like that when i used it today. They merely want to have a channel to marketing. Dont bother downloading this app. Sincerely upset customers.

Scanning selalu loading. Company-nya ga niat bikin, atau developer-nya yang kerjanya ngantuk

App ini sangat sulit untuk upload invoice. Sy coba upload bonnya, lalu error dan saya coba lagi dannn boommm double entry. Lol. Sangat mengecewakan!
