Yeah sounds like a them problem

I was trying to register myself but at the end the screen turned white.

Good morning I have been trying to register on this app and after down loading all I received was a white page with your logo on it and it never opened into anything else for me to fill out, please help.

This app is trash please update so we can review our policies please!!!!!!!!

The app doesn’t work fix it or trash it

I have tried numerous times to set up this APP with my e-mail which I have had for many years. Never have I had this problem before! I will have to continue using the phone service!

The white screen still shows I thought this was the better version

We really need an update for this app. Can’t keep logged in with face id and edit profile info.

I have had this app for months. Let’s me log in and it just keeps loading. Allows you to click on the side panel to click what you need and once you do it still continues to load. Yes, I have repeatedly deleted and reinstalled it, same thing. I even had customer service send a link, I clicked it same thing. When it was working it had the wrong insurance number for me. Spoke to customer service who couldn’t answer why the policy number was wrong. I put in the new information, refreshed app and guess what!!!! Still had the wrong policy number didn’t update the correct information . At this point just start over again. From the ratings it seems everyone is having issues.

Try to register my policy to make a payment! The screen is completely white! I uninstalled the app ! Downloaded it again and the same crap! Frustrating!
