1. Understand that the ads imposed prior to the actual show are permitted and generates revenue. On customer POV, would like to suggest to add a ‘Skip’ button, just like any other OTT platform. 2. The famous ‘Continue Watching’ function doesn’t really resumes where i left. Kindly improvise. 3. Please have a ‘remove’ button for customers to remove titles, for example, remove title from ‘Continue Watching’ list, or remove a title from suggestion.

Why is there Too many annoying and irritating Advertisements ? ???!

Very slow to load movie but very quick to play ad

ERR-1301, said that connection issue but my internet speed already 6mbps, is it not compatible?

I paid for the service and expecting astro on demand programs to dont have ads but it turns out have so many ads. Pls enhance this poor experience~

Log in to my account on astro on the go, instead it says error and log out and cannot watch live event!

Why tf so much ads

Keeps saying that I have reached maximum number of devices yet when I remove the devices, it still states the same. Absolutely ridiculous for a broadcaster on the scale of Astro.
