No use

I haven’t been able to order drinks for months now. I’ve reset, deleted and reinstalled, reset passwords, etc to no avail.

Apple wallet

1. Can install the adult & child membership card to wallet on iPhone but this doesn’t replicate to Apple Watch??! 2. Also can’t install child membership card to their own Apple Watch - under 14. A Half baked apple wallet implementation so far.

Oops, something went wrong

Frustrating app. Cancelling my membership as can’t book classes.

Getting worse again

The new app when it was released had teething issues which in the main were almost all resolved apart from the changing of the club. However, it has steadily been getting worse over the last few weeks once again and tonight almost 2 hours after the release of the bookings for 9 days time it still isn’t up and running. Quite bad. Especially as the clubs have a huge intake of new £14 members so we have to be quick!

Food

No food

Does Not Work.

This app when it worked was really convenient however for the past several months it gets to the payment page and doesn’t let you complete the order, I’ve tried multiple different payment options and cards however the message appears as Ooops something went wrong and you can’t order anything. Many are affected by this, so it’s not simply my device or cards. Also unable to submit this via app support as the link takes you to the DL homepage.

Don’t give an estimated wait time for food and then take three times longer. I wouldn’t have ordered otherwise. Food probably would have been longer but I gave up and left. For anyone genuinely reading this review, order your food as soon as you arrive and it may be ready by the time you die. To David Lloyd, you are welcome to contact me directly should you wish to ‘investigate’.

Great menu. Fast and easy. Great choices for little kids and great variety for grown ups on being good days and cheat days!

Excellent club - 100% customer service at reception, restaurant bar staff. Instructor Kendal Steve and Rita also Kay 110% committed. House keeping staff wonderful. All in all what more can I say fabulous club whoop whoop x
