For a start, I don‘t want to select the hotel I‘m staying for every single inquiry. What did I enter my personal data for? And for your overbooked restaurants I don‘t want to select the country and the resort anf restaurant and the date only to see that this restaurant will be closed that particular day. And then for another date - you guessed it - select the country and the trsort anf the restaurant again… Btw if you want to check the restaurant opening days there‘s a pdf in the size of about a third of your smartphone‘s screen - not readable. I could go on and on but after all I want to enjoy my vacation and forget this dreadful app.

But there is nowhere to select to book stuff. Already checked in. Just another failing of this poor hotel and poor holiday.

I am here and still can’t get the app to work . Only want me to book a holiday .

Barely works, poorly designed, needs a rethink

On the face of it, this app only seems to offer the ability to enter pre-checkin info when first arriving. HOWEVER - if you go to the Home option (the pyramid icon on the homepage of the app) and scroll to Discover and navigate to your hotel, there you will find the online a la carte restaurant booking system etc. Hope this helps. So far, so good for us :)

If you are browsing hotels before booking then this app is fine. However the app is designed to allow you to book restaurants and spa and navigate through several other things during your stay. This simply doesn’t work. You need to check in every time you leave the app which means filling in a lengthy form. The app needs a lot of work. Just use the website, it’s much better.

seriously don’t waste your time

I’m not sure what the point of this app is? It seems the only feature is early check in however I wasn’t aware of it until already here. Login was awkward, kept having to submit each part such as location and number before I could do the next bit.

Won’t allow me to add my phone number but won’t let me proceed with out it. Have alerted the Atlantica group but no response as of yet.
