Payment does not work
After inserting credit card details returns a blank screen… useless
QR CODES DON’T WORK
This app generates codes that generally do not worn with the metro gates so you have to speak to an agent to let you in.
QR Codes Never Work
We tried to use this app several times. Buying tickets is a breeze, but the generated QR codes NEVER worked for us at the gates. We always had to ask for help to be let through and in one case we had to pay again to be let out. Do not recommend, get paper tickets.
Non fa fare login
L’app non fa fare login al mio profilo su cui ho biglietti pagati, ho cambiato la password pensando di essere io il problema ma da errore in continuazione
Perdita di denaro e tempo ATTENZIONE
ATTENZIONE fatto carnet 10 biglietti…a metà settimana con 4 biglietti utilizzati l’app non va più, ho perso tempo a cercare di recuperare i biglietti fatti e pagati senza successo… sono stato costretto a ricomprare biglietti Perdita di denaro e tempo
Ridicoli
Ma i tempi di attesa li fa topolino? Perché sono tutti sbagliati. Possibile che mi dia 5 minuti e poi c’è l’autobus in fondo alla strada che passa? Ogni santo giorno lo stesso problema
