Scooter was horrible, it was squeking all over the place, the throttle was not responding most pf the time. Even Fiqsy was better. How can i get back half of my 3€?

Technical state of the scooter was terrible. Half of the trip it was doing only 50% of max speed despite the battery was almost full. Vizually was fully scratched, some bolts were moving. Not reccomend the platform to any. Suggest using other sharing options in the market.

Once you pay the deposit you can never take it back, only use it within the app. Be careful! Probably only in such dishonest way this “scooter service” can earn any money.

Uzlika sodu par atslegas pazaudesanu. Pirms izireju skuteri nebija atslega a sodu piestadija man. Pidarasi! Taja pasa vakara zvaniju viniem teica ka viss kartiba lai nakamreiz nemaz nenemot skuteri bez atslegas. Jautaju vai nebus man nekadi sodi utt teica ka ne un ka sazzinasies un pateiks ka man brauktajam skuterim nav bijusi atslega pirms braucu lai nepiemero sodu. Pirmais ko redzu no rita ka sods 10€ uz izzinam beigas vairs neatbildeja un ignoreja.

Customer support chat was the worst I have ever experienced. Rude and completely unappropriate. Talking to a client like to some enemy, zero respect.

The first ride was fine, although the max speed was a bit underwhelming compared to Bolt. On the second attempt to take a ride the lock didn’t open with a given code. On the third attempt the lock was fine to my relief, however the scooter found another way to disappoint: it simply didn’t work. On the fourth attempt the lock didn’t open once again. I have to note that for every of those times I’ve received a refund for what I paid to start a ride. That, however doesn’t help too much considering that I have no further desire to get atom’s scooters, and I can’t get the deposited money back on my bank account.

Приложение сделано удобно и свою задачу выполняет. Но хотелось бы навигацию до скутера, видеть текущую стоимость поездки, планирование цены поездки (зная куда ехать).
