Só faltou acrescentar uma opção de vídeo “já assistido” e precisa melhorar a organização em grupos ou setores para se tornar mais interessante e funcional, porque tem uma infinidade de vídeos, você fica meio perdido as vezes…minha sugestão seria criar uma sessão de módulos de treinos sequênciais para quem quer seguir um roteiro de treinamento e numerar: módulo 1, 2, 3….com aulas que podem irem se conectando, na forma atual tem uma sessão “Fundamental Jiu Jitsu” com mais de 2.000 vídeos Rssrs
Muito completa.
Faz o atleta abrir a mente com as vastas possibilidades de conteúdos.

Great experience overall
As all Atos products, ATOSBJJONDEMAND APP is top notch. Easy to navigate, high quality videos, high quality content and updates that never fails you. The only problem for BJJ lovers is that there are too many good stuff, sometimes I get lost on the ocean of options of techniques and content. ;)

There are techniques instructional, interviews, growth challenges and engagement that I’ve never seen elsewhere. Whether you train at an Atos academy or not, it doesn’t matter, Professor Galvao and others give their very best on this app.
