ATPI On The Go - Travel App

New version of ATPI app is terrible. Why user has to pass login process every time all over again??? The whole purpose of having an app is to avoid that! Also several key features (still available via web site) are not available from the app. Overall useless application, not even close to what it was before.

Latest version update doesn’t work

After the latest update it no longer opens, just keeps jumping between login screens. Tried to contact customer support but no reply. If t wasn’t for the fact my employer uses this I would delete it for good. How hard can it be to get it to work.

App doesn’t open in IPhone 13 mini. It used to work until a couple of updates ago but now nothing

Didn’t work that well before the update and now won’t even open the app. Absolute rubbish for a so called international travel app.

Since update you are unable to stay logged in without having to get a security code emailed every time, need to make it simpler to login

Please please please… how do I say logged in can’t we use fingerprint? I have to input my email then wait for a code, every time. The old app was so much easier

Had no problems with the app crashing like others have reported. Works very well, I use the itinerary library all the time! Saves me wading through emails trying to find them. I also have used the call function twice in an emergency and my call was answered extremely quickly.

Constant crashes, even after reviews from users up to a year ago, obviously the developers aren’t concerned
