Cannot load on iPhone
Using iPhone 13 Pro Max and it keeps loading. Couldn’t load it. This problem has been there since a year ago.

Using iPhone 13 Pro Max and it keeps loading. Couldn’t load it. This problem has been there since a year ago.
It was reported at concierge that points collection and redemption are no longer in service.
15/7 - still unable to open the app after your update on 14/7! And I lost 400 points due to last week’s failure to upload the receipts. 10/7 - after the update everything doesn’t work! I can’t even load the app when in the past it was easy. Tried multiple times to open and it just hung. Please do something about this!! Thanks
Can’t launch the app. It hangs on onboarding. Tried few times, same thing.
The latest update got bug on receipt submission.
Very bad programming. Totally unable to process receipts after upgrade to latest version!!!!! Please fix the bugs
The latest update seems to have a bug. Upon launching the app, the screen keep showing that it is loading for the login page. I am not able to upload my receipts nor check my points balance at all :(
Not able to login after update. How am i suppose to scan my receipt?
Please include important info about the validity of the receipt submission. It's inly mentioned about 48 hrs to process the scanned receipts and 7 days to credit.
This is one of the best mall app I have ever downloaded. It’s user friendly. Easy to navigate and points were updated within 3 days of scanning. So awesome!
