Hi am having difficulty loading-opening your app using my iphone.. I already downloaded your latest apps. What seems to be the issue here. Pls assist. Thanks

The app keep on crashing. Everytime I open the app it keeps on closing automatically again and again.

I have been unable to use this app since Oct 26,2022. Been trying to login anf keeps on saying my settings has changed. Tried to reset my password but until now I haven't received an automated email. Emailed your team and no response as well. What's happening??

Worst experience with AUB Gil Puyat-Pasay branch. They asked me to complete a lot of paper works, and ending di pala nila isa submit for processing. Not a good experience for someone na looking for a good bank. Better go with other banks. I feel discriminated.

For the past 2 years or so, I have used this app on my ip6 without any problems. recently it has been such a hassle because i live so far from the main branch now to go back and forth to try and have them fix my access. thinking it was my phone because it was a little outdated now, i switched device. still the same problem. The app crashes everytime i try to log in. i need my banking app access back. someone help me!!! 😭😭😭

I can't log in to my account in your mobile app since this weekend. I don't know what's the problem cause my colleagues had this app and it's working but mine is not. It keeps on crashing and a black screen will appear. I’m not allowed to log in online because you can only access the account using the registered mobile app. It's so irritating that I don't have a choice to access my account but to wait for your app to work.

I want to open an account online sadly aub dont have this services...😏

Once login, the passcode was expired and ask me to change passcode, but it closes the app.

It doesnt return a proper error message. I followed the rules on whats the valid password. All seems to pass but when I try to save it, it just crashes every single time. It’s definitely unusable because if you are required to change password you simple cant because you cant change it.

I have been waiting to have a password for almost 2 months I also have been to theor branch to concern about this but they can’t do anything about it!
