Every time while open asking for updates, very slow. Credit bill include all amount instead of in 2 parts 1. Last bill and 2. Total spending. Credit card payment manually type the amount and it chance for mistake, instead that there must be 3 option - 1 full bill payment that automatically take from system the last bill. Option 2 - minimum payment. Option 3- manual

The e-banking app needs a huge update as it is slow and under update most of the times.

Works smooth

I just open an account in hoping that i will put all my savings there and fund it. It was ok the money was there and request a physical card that requires 20bd minimum it was successful request but then when i woke up the next day my money was gone even history is cleared. I called customer service they said that i dont have balance but i told them how come i successfuly request a card if i didnt put money there. Still now they are checking hoping to get my money back! If the start like this i will not continue to use this bank as my savings option its not safe!

Good functionalities

I have 3 accounts one with alsalam and ila bank and nbb all are good and your app is waist of megabits in my phone

The app cannot be used. Always get an error message saying updated progress.
