AudioPocket enables you to program your volca sample memory with audio samples from the following:
• The app. Record on-the-spot with the app, where you can preview, trim and normalize your impromptu sample recording.
• Your computer. Using iTunes File Sharing, just drag and drop into “AudioPocket documents”
• Factory presets. Choose from a library sound-designed by KORG.
Compatible audio files:
“aif”, “aiff”, “wav”, “mp3”, “caf”, “aac”, “m4a”
What is volca sample?
The volca sample is a sample sequencer that lets you edit and sequence up to 100 sampled sounds in real-time for commanding live performances. It’s powerful on its own or as an addition to any existing volca setup. The volca sample lets you recapture the excitement of the first generation of samplers where any sound - vocals, spoken words, ambient sound, or glitches – can be used for your creations!

Please update for volca sample 2. 200 samples on board the device, but I can only upload 100.

KORG, please!

KORG, please, make my dream true! In your app Audio Pocket make sound edit / trim section available AFTER recording a sound. This will allow to quickly record some sounds without distracting on post-record edits. And later you can edit your sounds. This will make your app more usable and less irritating. My great wishes to your team, you make awesome synths, Volca Samle and Volca Kick are FIRE!

Options

This is necessary app for sure! Can you add tag feature (like/rate) for samples? And sample position number. This will be really helpful for sample library that contains over 1000 samples. Also folders with several features: move, delete, rename. Thanks!

Liebes Korg Team. Bitte bringt diese App mal auf den neusten Stand. So hätte ich mir auch einen gebrauchten Sample 1 kaufen können..

Please upgrade to 200 slots for Sample 2

The app works super smooth (iOS 15.5). But could you please upgrade the number of slots to 200 in order to make it fully compatible with the Sample 2. The USB transfer ist just a PITA. In order to prevent any confusion, it may be helpful to let the user choose which model he has in a settings menu. Regards and thanks in advance.

Good idea, bad execution

The idea is great...record with the not so bad micros of the iphone whenever and wherever u want, edit the sample and transfer it to the volca. Sadly this is not working with the actual version...the advertised trim function is not there, possible destinations are just up to 99 also the new volca can handle 200 (does the volca explode if i try anyway?) and what should one do with the itunes file sharing? if u want to save this somehow at least implement the necessary edit functions and interface audio pocket with the librarian software...if its easier let the librarian software do the editing...but even if this would be a compromise the freedom of recording and transferring is not given because one needs a computer...now i have to think about an alternative for recording- transferring

Hallo, die Computer Software funktioniert bei mir nicht und diese App ist für die erste Version. Ich würde mich über ein Update freuen!!

Volca Sample V2

Hey Korg Team, wie sieht es bei der App mit einer Version für den neuen Sample 2 aus? Kann hier ja nur die 100 anstelle der 200 Speicherplätze belegen. Wäre schön wenn hier mal ein Update kommt.

Funktioniert nicht mehr

Die App funktioniert nicht mehr auf meinem iPhone. Schade war soo verdammt cool eigentlich. Dachte erst meine Volca ist kaputt aber gibt anscheinend mehrere solcher Beschwerden
