Customer service was exceptional

Cancelled a delivery, and they kept my money. I made multiple calls to customer service and they only picked up twice. Never got my money back.

I went up to the cashier and was going to get my free pretzel because it showed it on my app so I went to redeem it and the cashier typed in my phone number and it pulled my number up but didn’t show the reward on her side and then her cashier wouldn’t let her scan my phone with the QR code on the screen to redeem the free pretzel and she couldn’t scan it but she seen it showed I do have a reward for a pretzel and that the clock had ran out of time to get the free pretzel by the time we were doing all that trying to see if she could pull up my reward by me typing in my email address too and after all that she just ended up giving me a pretzel because of all that hassle I went through :(

This establishment is by far THE ABSOLUTE BEST AUNTIE ANNES I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Aml has the best customer service and their pretzels were perfectly awesome

This short curly hair women was harassing my friend that worked at the establishment, he did nothing wrong yet she falsely accused him and said he gave me free food. I then showed proof of payment yet she kept going about it. He later got fired for it.

cant even scan my barcode, keep saying its invalid even though its not. all seems like a scam to me, what a waste of time 😪

Janesville Auntie’s Anne’s does not honor your app. Super disappointed. Didn’t get bday pretzel + I was ordering more. Apparently your franchisee’s don’t honor your rewards. I won’t trust this app again.

We were at the Johnstown store yesterday around 1:00 I got a plain pretzel and my husband got a cinnamon sugar. The lady didn’t give us a receipt. We got home and the pretzels were old. We couldn’t eat them. Two pretzels for ten dollars and we had to throw them away. Very disappointed sincerely, Valerie Angelo

Great service! Natalia helped us today and we enjoyed great food and service

They had nice customer service, it was good food and they had good additude, I would love to eat from them again, the staff Alex and Nina were very attentive and helped me decide what to taste. I even tasted the new flavor lemonade which was delicious.
