Aurora Alerts and Forecast is the most accurate aurora app. To give accurate local times and aurora forecasts, it must first utilize your location to determine the nation and timezone you are in.
This is an aurora tracking, forecasting, and warning tool that provides local aurora visibility ratings for cities worldwide. We use weather parameters such as cloud cover, visibility, time of day, and aurora score to create a score that can help you determine the aurora visibility times for a specific city.
Features includes :
- The current KP index and likelihood of seeing the Northern Lights.
- See a list of the greatest places to view from right now.
- Based on the SWPC ovation aurora forecast, this map depicts the strength of the auroras over the world.

Don’t buy
This is no good. No alerts no cloud cover.
Absolutely useless
This app is only good if you want to see endless advertising, and then nothing. All the options in the app will take you to nowhere (but advertising).
They have my location wrong
No alerts tonight yet everyone around me saw them
Ad Pollution
An ad for everything you tap? C’mon… Bye.
Pointless
You literally cannot see anything but a wildly unexplained map without signing up for premium. It doesn't explain anything, doesn't tell you what you're going to get if you do subscribe, I've never seen such a poorly designed app.
