I love the magazine but hate losing what I paid for.
I bought all the back editions and they were all removed with no warning. It is joyful to read back editions and losing content that I paid for is unfair. Great magazine poor service.

Stay away!
These guys are terrible, you pay but you find yourself locked out of the account without an option to reset your password! I contacted them multiple times and got no reply . I am taking the matter to Consumer Protection!
Doesn’t work
Signed up for the free trial, could download or read issues, messaged help, they told me to post another message for technical support, still waiting on replies. Every time I tried to sign in, it wouldn’t accept my password, wouldn’t allow me to reset and I couldn’t read or download issues. I ended up cancelling the free trial cause it was too much hassle
Where are my purchases?
All my purchases have disappeared. I have tried to restore purchases which makes no difference. This includes last month’s edition which I hadn’t even read yet. Customer support does not respond to me. This is equivalent to stealing.
Not happy
Was prompted to download the latest app, which I did, and now I can’t access my 8 years of magazines. No one seems to want to help, extremely poor service. May have to take this up with the ACCC

Ideal for the McDonald’s Monopoly every September!
House and garden app
This app is clumsy to use, constantly needing to login rather than just open
Keeps crashing
Log in then 2 seconds later it pops up asking me to login again as I’ve been logged out. Can’t even open anything as it continues to happen. Has been doing it ever since I downloaded months ago, only sometimes it decides to work and let me open a magazine. I don’t normally write reviews but this app is just annoying!
Login issues
I’m having issues logging into the app. It accepts the email address and password, congratulates me for logging in, then after approx 5 secs it pops up with a message telling me there’s been an issue and boots me out. I then go through the login details and it does the same thing again. Has happened about 5 times. Please fix this, it’s not the only time it’s happened.
