Australian Retirement Trust

ARR as a fund is great and very happy with its performance. The app however no so. I used to log in once to see balance and interest. Now you have to log in once to see only your balance in the Home Screen. Then you have to log in again - tap Transaction Summary to get to a second login screen with username only and tap for user. Then you're on another screen to tap for your password. App often crashes during the login process as well. It irks me when UX goes backwards with an update for "improvements." The information in the app is good and is fairly intuitive once you shake off the anger of such a horrible login experience.

Previously the app would show how your super has performed over the year, such as an investment earnings chart. This has been removed and instead links you to the website which you need to sign into again. Just bookmark the website and skip the app.

App is great, although recently I haven’t been able to see my net investment earnings. I like to track this as it indicates when I need to change my investment strategy. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

I’ve had the absolute worst experience dealing with Australian Retirement Trust. I was unfortunate enough to speak with Thomas, who was completely unhelpful and seemed utterly indifferent to my situation. He provided no solutions, no explanations, and barely seemed to care. It’s disgraceful how a company trusted with people’s money can treat its clients with such blatant disrespect and incompetence. I’ve been trying to get my money back for what feels like an eternity, but Australian Retirement Trust keeps dragging their feet, offering excuse after excuse. Their customer service is non-existent, and it’s clear they have no interest in actually helping their clients. This company is a complete joke. They are more than happy to hold onto your money with no accountability or responsibility. If you value your hard-earned cash and want it to be in safe hands, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Australian Retirement Trust. Absolute disgrace.

Since their maintenance/outage a lot of the app is telling you to log in to view the information, the app at present is only good for the balance but not for viewing much else ie net investment earnings. Please fix?

As per title, user needs quick access to their investment earning, and not having to login to search for the information. Mobile app is meant to make access to information intuitive, not the opposite.

Latest updates have made this worse, can no longer see net earnings without having to log in.. but I am already logged in or wouldn’t see all my other details..

App has taken a backward step in the last update. It no longer shows your Investment earnings for the past year.

The app keeps asking for an internet connection if only using cellular connection (5g). Must connect to wifi for it to work which is annoying. Not sure if by design

Leaving a review as there’s no way to leave feedback anywhere for developers (linking App Support to the general super support page is a bit of a disconnect experience-wise since there’s actually no app support/feedback option on that page). I’m unable to get the app to load, it just times out & redirects me back to the home screen. Unsure when exactly I last logged in, so may or may not be related to the recent app update. I’m using iOS 18.1.
