When on the road, the Autel Charge application offers the following features:
• Start and stop charging using your Autel Charge card or by scanning the QR code on the public charger.
• Displays the availability status of public chargers on the map. (available, in-use, out of order, etc.)
• Filter chargers displayed on the map by desired connector types.
• Filter by required charging power on the map.
• View site information within the map including pictures, address, energy prices, hours of operation, quantity of chargers and connectors.
• Navigate to a desired site using the integrated navigation map.
• Link your credit card to streamline the payment process using public chargers.
• Scan QR code to start and stop the charger with just one tap.

What a great bit of kit
So first PHEV, and was unsure of what charger to get. The BMW charger was silly money and not as good, this is amazing.
The app is great it’s really functional and easy to use, my electrician commented on how easy it was to fit win win.
The app has the latest cars installed on it so you can tell the charger what car it’s connecting to, my car is a new model and it had the information amazing.
Also you can load your tariff to the app and it tells you what you spending hourly daily monthly, I find this useful.
I charged EV cars that I had as a loaner and it was so easy to use, it can be locked so no random
Individual can charge their car.
Finally we have a voltage issue in our road( too many solar panels feeding back into the grid) when the voltage spikes the unit can be quickly rebooted to reset the box.
This is great I fully recommend it

It’s this newness that i fell. Overall, It looks high-tech and stylish. The whole process of app download and installation is smooth. Also, it comes with fast charging experience and convenient payment. No need to top up before making payments. Brilliant!

Easy to use. Found highlights every day. Tap the navigation button on site details page, and I see routes to nearby chargers. Very useful! Highly recommend.
Simple design
Modern, simple and beautiful app design. I believe that this app must have been carefully designed and honed. Connection to charger via Bluetooth is very fast, faster than other products I have used. Like it more and more.
Home sharing charging option fails
Nice idea to be able to generate income but the app fails to let you set it up. Support within the app never gets a response!

Although the charger and app are generally good, the endless prompt for a 5-star rating or feedback is infuriating. Thus, I am rating it as low as possible.

Looked at a lot of different home chargers before I picked Autel. I purchased an Autel 50amp 240V hardwire and it works perfectly with the app. I have been using it for over 6months without any issue. The app makes use so easy and has so many features. 5-stars
