I have to us this to clock in and out for work u have to do to many things just to log in for me

JUNE 27, 2024 After reading MANY of the other reviews and seeing it only has a 1.8 average, I’m compelled to add to the terrible reviews and I agree with those who would like to give it a negative rating. This app IS THE WORST!!! I’m shocked my employer even uses it. Every pay period numerous employees, (including myself) have had to call the office because their paycheck/direct deposit was incorrect. For me, when this happens, I have to DRIVE to the office to pick up my corrected pay in check form instead of direct deposit. The office is 15 miles one way from my home. It’s causing me an additional expense for fuel that’s not in my normal budget. I’m very frugal, I don’t live “paycheck to paycheck” however, the added expense is unnecessary and could be avoided if they just do a complete OVERHAUL on this app or REWRITE IT COMPLETELY.

Whom ever created this app should’ve thought it all the way through. This is the worst clock in/out app I have ever used. It’s always something going on with this app and I haven’t been getting paid right every since I signed up with this program that using this app. My actual rate is minus the star that I gave. Please revamp your app to be more updated and understanding. Workers should be able to see the amount of hours they work everyday and the total should match what’s being tracked by the worker and the system. Again this is the worst time clock system I have ever seen and experienced

Took way too long to get this app set up. Had to hand type in passwords.

I live in the middle of the city but frequently have trouble with connectivity. Also is the issue of it doesn’t show observations or activities when you go back to review client summaries. It would be good to have that and the ability to do screen shots. Screenshots were once available but no longer are available. Password reset would be good as well.

One day the checkin checkout works fine. Some random day it demands Client ID which nobody ever gave you. Another day it demands a service code which nobody ever gave you. It’s impossible this isn’t deliberate harassment.

There needs to be updates, I should be able to see my clients and not have to look them up. Also I should be able to correct my time in app not go on my computer to fix it.

This is the most complicated app I have ever saw. I don’t have time to figure this out I’m busy with my child. I’ve been working on this for weeks . I’m so disgusted . I get one step then something else happens then I play phone tag trying to chase someone down for help then I have another problem and same thing over and over

For some reason our agency switched to Palco, it has been horrible from the the beginning. Horrible.

I have the right worker ID and passcode to enter but it keeps says it’s invalid
