I cancelled my subscription before it ended and it says it was in active but it still took out my money. I have contacted and have not heard back. I want a refund on my money or someone to contact on how I can get it back ASAP. Very disappointed and angry with this app.
Be careful. When you search Microsoft Authenticator, this comes to the top. It has a paywall early. Don’t be duped. I have cancelled immediately and sought to stop the payment at my bank.
