AuthPass – Password Manager

I couldn’t authenticate with google.

Awesome open source app. Written once with use of Flutter framework and thus works on every platform. Love it! I wish I had more spare to time to contribute to this wonderful project. I would add copy buffer clean 10 seconds after password is copied.

After resetting my phone settings, the application throws an error when trying to open a file with passwords. But then reload file in app settings and all good

I think this app has a great future :)

Nice and modern interface, can download site favicons, and most of the useful features that one can expect from a Keepass app. At the moment, it is a bit light-featured compared to the big players (Strongbox & Keepassium), but for a free app it’s not far behind. The main thing that prevents me from using it as my main app is that the autofill feature is missing. My other issue is that I am unable to open 2 databases simultaneously. Once these 2 things are fixed, I can uninstall the competing apps and I’d be happy to pay (one-time) to support the app. Keep up the good work!

Just installed it and it looks good. Accessing my kdbx file saved on 1D was a bit of clunky - it wasn’t clear what code was the app looking for, after signing into 1D. After a couple of retries i was successful, but can’t tell exactly the sequence of operations to make it work at 1st shot. I tested access to one of the accounts saved in my kdbx file. I didn’t find a way to launch the site directly from AuthPass. I had to copy one by one: the site, the login id, and the password, and doing that all went well. So, all basic functionality works and i’ll be checking it further to learn all its features, and future upgrades. Thanks very much for building and sharing this application!

Der Passwortmanager funktioniert super. Ich bin vor allem begeistert über die Cross-Plattform-Kompatibilität. Das Einzige, was mich unsicher macht und für einen Passwortmanager essentiell ist, ist der Versionsverlauf. Mir ist nicht klar, wie aktuell die App ist und wie gut sie in Hinblick auf Sicherheit gewartet wird.

It is possible to leak a password due to app-switcher showing the password-field in the app-switcher not occluded while being in edit mode. Please implement general app-switcher occlusion

Beim Erstellen einer neuen DB vergebe ich ein hohes Passwort ohne Sonderzeichen. Die App hängt sich auf!

Keepass Zugriff funktioniert super auf dem Nextcloud Server. Der Kontrast in der Einträgen im Keepass unter, Advanced/String Fields/Name ist für mich sehr schlecht zu erkennen. Teilweise wird er von Value Werten überdeckt. Die Ordner Bedienung könnte auch schöner gelöst sein und die Aktualisierung konnte ich nicht finden. Ansonsten konnte ich keine Fehler feststellen. Schön gelöst ist das Wert kopieren mit einem Wisch nach links oder rechts.
