Downloaded the app and made to sign up. During signing up and filling up the details, the app keeps going blank making me constantly having to restart the app and refilling my details. Gave up on the 3rd attempt trying to filled up my details. Need to change their software engineers.

Saves the hassle of having to take time off to send the car for servicing and inspection. The app is easy to use and the personnel behind the app are highly responsive to questions and requests. In addition, the service ambassadors are knowledgeable about the mechanics of a car.

Was looking forward to try the app when it launched as it seemed like a very convenient way to bring my Suzuki SX4 for servicing. There were some initial hiccups with the price quotations but it was resolved very quickly (I’ll put it down to teething problems cos the app was quite new then). Communications was responsive and I was kept in the loop at all times. Staff was knowledgeable and gave me a detailed description of the work to be done, as well as advice on any potential future work that could be done if required. I don’t own my car any longer unfortunately but if I have the opportunity to use the service again in future I would definitely do so. Highly recommend.

Auto App is a simple UI app that allow users to ask for "concierge" for their car services. I like how all-in-one it is, especially as somebody who love AIO services. I tried their trailblazer promotion for the sanitisation of the car, and it was seamless. The two personnel that came down on-site to do it are professional and friendly as well! Sometimes they will work with workshop or brands to do promotion. Recently, they launched a Pirelli promotion and I'm very keen! Just deciding whether I should still stick with Pirelli or switch back to the Michelin I love.

The AutoApp team handled the bodywork repairs for my 1 year old Touareg seamlessly from end to end. It came back looking brand new. The repairs was done 2 days faster than the dealership with close to 45% savings overall. Communication with the team was professional and easy. They were clear and helpful about what needed to be done and what to expect. They kept me posted on the progress of repairs with photos and brief updates. I would use AutoApp again and highly recommend everyone to try it. The team behind the app is knowledgeable and passionate about cars and demystifying car servicing and repairs. I am a working mum with two young kids who doesn’t know much about cars and car servicing. Getting any car work done was almost always with the dealership with a lot of negotiation on pricing. (I was most definitely charged too much and they try to get me to pay for things I don’t need. Grrr...) Now I have a much better option in AutoApp! Thank you for a great job and for the savings, Team AutoApp!

App provides regular updates and at any point in time you can also communicate with the Service Ambassador who is friendly and easy to talk to

I have came across multiple apps in the past few years which are designed this way. All of them have failed within 2 years. Prices are always not transparent, and upon going down to the workshop, the price will be adjusted higher due to reasons such as you car needs more oil etc, your pictures are not clear when we quoted etc.. Car is a very personal thing, and majority of us based on recommendations by friends and family or word of mouth to get the job done. Also please be truthful on your Facebook page, it is very obvious that you have been buying "Likes" to artificially raise the popularity of your page. It is very obvious as seen from your posts. Majority of the people that liked the page are foreigners not based in Singapore Edit: thank you for the reply. It's just like you only have a 1-star review since your app launch till today. However, after I followed on with a 2nd bad review review, suddenly in a day you have three more 5-star review without comments. This is so obvious.
