Autodesk Construction Cloud

All the app seems to do is show you the files of the models. You cannot actually open any combined models, there is no function for this you can only open one more at a time. You can see the text of an issue, but not where this is in the models. It’s not very collaborative app - so I’m not sure what its for? I can’t seem to even open any models online either on my iPad so there appears to be some issue here with iOS devices.

Don’t bother using fir large projects as software has many bugs and cannot handle the information loading up to the cloud. Obviously not tested properly before launch. I been using this for over 6 months now and losing data and uploads/downloads syncing issues most days due to coverage of phone signal

This lot introduce updates that takes away functionality for outputs e,g removing the ability to produce word field reports. They do this in the name of efficiency. They don’t even tell you, just bam update and you have lost one of the things that made this app stand out from similar apps. Feeding back this issue is pointless as they appear to have corporate deafness and blindness. Currently lots of bugs creeping in and again the communication is awful. What started out a a good app has slowly developed in the wrong direction by money grabbing big business who don’t seem to give a toss about customers.

I have just installed this and created an account. There is then no obvious way in the app to start a new project. No obvious help available in the app. I am about to move on and download something else.

4 hours spent being passed between 4 agents who all had to ‘step away from there computer’. Issue still not resolved! Not quite sure what I’m paying so much for?!

I downloaded the app with no indication that we had to do a trial because I’m young and I did not have enough money to pay the amount every single week when I login and realise that you had 21 days free I kind of panicked with no indication I mean it’s not the app if you have the money to pay for it I want to draw on a piece of paper i had hundreds of emails and the support team is awful and rude honestly use paper its cheaper and easier

Downloaded this app for tracking work and inspections. Zoom and navigation is very quick and slick. Would recommend to any site user. Work fully offline too

An app with so much potential but spoilt by greed. The cheapest option of $39.99 is ridiculous. We don’t need anything like 550 sheets so to expect our whole team to pay this is ludicrous. Time to go elsewhere.
