Vacuum spot remover & shampoo broken

Had to download this dumb app to use the shampoo machine and the machine doesn’t even work… just let us pay with quarters like we used to. This app ruined my favorite car wash

How do you sign up for the car wash plans?

Useless download

I downloaded this app to use the vacuum and in the instructions it says to just hit vacuum in the app but couldn’t find it anywhere. Initially when you sign up too, it asks for email or phone number but then it asks you for all your information again in the next screen. Why do you need so much info for a car wash?? And also the actual car wash bay is an actual scam cause the rinse still sprays soap with the water so you’re not able to wash all the soap off and end up with a $16 car wash. And there’s no option to pay cash. The people need to know.

My husband got a new phone and now our wash and share isn’t working. And I don’t see the assistance phone number!

Poorly Designed

If you get a code for a car wash but accidentally move away from the code before redeeming there is no way to get the code back and you lose the money, but the code was not redeemed so you should be able to go back to it anytime. That’s a poor design.

Awful, not functional

I just wanted to vacuum my car. Took the time to download the app, create an account, and pay for the service, and the machine didn’t work. Nobody around to help.

To much junk

Can’t find my prepaid washes…

Too Busy and Complicated

I can’t even figure out how to pay you money! Way too much going on. Shows like a 1990s wanted ad in the newspaper. I just want to load money and vacuum 😭😖😩😩
