My order did not shipped and while taking the last photos it was not as described and i asked the team many questions and there were no answers or descriptions i do not know why they do like this !!! If they can not proceed just they can cancel it out. Their inspection was nothing but unclear photos it is only a way to get money out of people.

Your constant updates aren’t helpful

It’s been ~4 months since I made the payment for a truck. Truck has not been shipped. I asked for a refund and I have to pay a penalty, on top of that I am still fighting to get my refund back after 2 weeks from the request date. They can’t even give me a timeframe to receive my refund and can’t even tell me what the penalty is. I hope this is not a SCAM
