To complicated for tourists

1 hour registration procces and then after that they send me that i need to visit them because driver licence is foreign… if i had car to drive around i wouldnt need them

Worst UX ever and expensive

I am constantly forced to use it due to lack of competitors. They do not care about user feedbacks and whole experience. It is obviously built by people who just want to make money, even if they provide bad service. Try put yourself in my shoes, I flew from a long business trip opened Avant2go app just to see that my driving license expired and of course I left it in my car at home. I got no notification before or anything, and best part you can not even update it in the app but you have to send them pictures on email. Is this a joke?

Text spammers

They keep spamming me with marketing texts with no obvious instructions to unsubscribe.

Stopped accepting payments

The problem wouldn’t go away until I re-installed the application, although it was already updated to the latest version. The support was of little use.
