I’ve used the app for over a year now. Simple. But I wish the developers could change when I leave the app it doesn’t turn my screen brightness almost to zero every single time.

I hate that my screen dims. Then trying to find my settings so that I can turn it back up to see it.

App or website does not let you log in. It's slow on both platforms and dims your phones brightness

My main issue is that when you close out of the app it causes the phone to dim its screen brightness all the way down. I feel like this shouldn’t even be an option how does this app have that kind of access to the settings?

Won’t store password. Won’t use Face ID. Won’t remember stored payment info. Won’t allow auto pay to update. Very frustrating app

I downloaded the app because I forgot my card, and I’m HUNGRY, and I can’t buy anything because the app won’t allow me to input my card info. Fire all the developers, this is TRASH

I’d say this app was written by interns but that would be an insult to interns. No ability to save password, use Face ID, screen dims to zero when leaving certain screens and credit card info disappeared one day. When trying to add it back, just get a blank screen. Been going on for weeks. Oh, I did get dumped into a Visa Pay sandbox, “not for production use” a couple times too. Suggest you stick with the physical key tag cards.

Got new vending machines at work. Brochure on them is to get this app. Figured using an app wouldn’t hurt. But no. It dims my screen (iOS 17.4.1) and most of the functions do not work. Devs, please look into it.

The app functions well. Only problem that is very annoying is when you close out of the app it darkens, the screen of your phone, you have to go into settings and bring the light back to the screen. It’s very annoying.!!!!
