- During your active subscription period, you can’t cancel your subscription

Cannot be used overseas
I am using iPhone. I have been using the application for more than a year now. It is a very good basic free mobile security application when using in the country of your mobile provider. Howver, I cannot use wifi when traveling overseas, even if the wifi is a secured wifi. I have to delete the AVG when overseas and download back to my phone when I arrive back home. BTW, the VPN cannot be temporary switch off. I will auto on. Separate issue, my email cannot show Images / pictures, I have to click “load content” everytime I want to read my email.
App not appealing
Not colourful enough. Kind of dull & lack of functions.

Avg is a easy to use and good software that protects the internet devices and laptops
Conflicts with other app use
Been using for 2months, its affects use for some apps. Mainly due to its vpn setting. Took quite a while for novice user like me to figure out but cause much inconvenience during those times. Like ride hailing n flight booking app suddenly dun work when in a rush. Today even app stores dun work
Cannot use mobile data
When VPN is on, I cannot use mobile data. I have asked support but they have not gotten back ( via email); there is no phone nor chat suppo for mobile issues
