I have a prime version with log in via Google account, but I can't to log in via Google in this application. VPN and Password Manager logged, but here it is impossible, just reset me to first step all time

Licence failed
I was looking for support in the Avira application or on the website, but I did not find the e-mail address. I have a problem with the Avira IOS application. I have a pro version (renewed on april 9) and it crashed. I reinstalled it. He is now working as Free. I tried to get it back with Upgrade, but it tells me I already have a subscription. I'm doing a restore purchase and I get an unknown error. How can I recover my purchase?
