Doesn’t work
Doesn’t show the balances of my pension (used to work perfect). Deleted and downloaded app again and still doesn’t work. Spoke to customer care and they basically didn’t care. Just said it’s an IT issue.

MyWorkplace is the simple way to view and manage your workplace pensions from any employer that chose Aviva as your pension provider. Plus, if your employer choose any of the other great workplace benefits we offer you’ll find all those right here as well, whenever and wherever you want. If you’ve already set up an Aviva account online, just enter your username and password in the app to log in. The app supports facial recognition and fingerprint login, so you can access your account even more quickly and easily, and there's the option to activate 2-Step Verification to add another layer of security to our customer accounts.
Once you’re set up, depending on the service chosen by your Employer you’ll be able to:
- View and manage your Aviva pension or pensions
- Access your private medical cover and start a claim
- Connect to your personal Aviva policies
- Get access to existing customer offers

App is no longer working
Since making fund changes (in my online account) the app only shows my account balance. When attempting to move ‘deeper’ in to the app to view more information the circle of death appears, with a constant ‘one moment please’ spinning circle.
Not working since Friday of crowdstrike issue
This app has been well used for the last year and stopped working on the Friday of crowdstrike issue - could be related, might have nothing to do with it “Login successfully and can see workplace product but on clicking/swiping I constantly “we have encountered an error try again later” message Tried restarting phone Removing app and reinstalling Updating today to latest version Have contacted aviva using contact information and am told they don’t know who supports the app This needs to be sorted please as a matter of urgency The MyAviva app (separate app) has similar issues with a white screen appearing when product is selected - website has issues too - seems to be visual api call to show the growth graph…
App crashing
Had this app for 2 years - no problems. Upgraded phone to iPhone 15 and the app crashes as I launch it!
Continues to error
Frustrating trying to change beneficiaries, still can’t change it. So given up.
Constantly crashes on opening
Can’t open this app under latest iOS (17.6)
Can no longer see the details of my pension
Was ok for a while then it stopped loading my pension details. I can see an overview of the amount on the home page but can’t get in to see any of the details
Balance
Terrible, all of a sudden this last year when i log in i cant click on my balance and see payments etc. All i get is an error message, this makes this app totally pointless and im going to move my pension, i have emailed about this and still no resolution. Very poor and disappointing
App keeps reporting Error
I have updated my beneficiary details three times and it keeps completing and then reporting an error and when I check it the updated information does not show.
Rubbish
The PMI section is regularly offline and I have no confidence escalating claims through it
