You can’t buy tickets with any discount and every time you want to buy a ticket you have to type in both starting and destination points.

The app actually works in my case, give it a try. Although half of the app is English and the other is Italian it works. Also remember to activate the tickets 3 min before or even earlier entering the bus

I managed to go through the registration process (by clicking to resend SMS - as the initial SMS did not come through). The app is however not fully intuitive (there is a mixture of Italian and English despite app being set to English). Also the app tells you to wait 2-3 minutes for the ticket to be activated in the app. On the plus side, the app looks nice and clean and if you have patience you will find what you want. At the end I actually managed to buy tickets for 3 people on a single account, so it works I guess (not an easy process tho)

Application doesn’t work. We tried both polish and german phone numbers. Confirmation Sms just hasn’t come. Drivers don’t have change for tickets. Ehhh XXI first century not in Italy yet. Funny fact they have ads of this app in every bus and every bus station xddd Dear Italian programmers! Spend more money on coding and learning, less on advertising :) Maybe check Twilio for managing your SMSes. Idk

This app can’t be used by anyone who can’t speak Italian, also no google/apple registration and Apple Pay support … luckily I could just buy a ticket with cash in a bus driver

This app doesn’t work how it should. I topped up my account and anyway the purchase of ticket wasn’t possible. How can I get back my money?
